It was founded in 2004 by its propietress, Mrs. Corazon F. Baluyut, a seasoned sales professional with 30 years experience from a multinational corporation.<br /><br />Mrs. Corazon F. Baluyut who is in the forefront of developing real estate profession with diligence, integrity and honesty assumes the helm of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Pampanga Chapter in 2007 is now the outgoing president of this organization. She passed the Real Estate Broker's Licensure Examination in 1984 and became an active member of Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines.<br /><br />Mrs. Baluyut is also an advocate on legal and proper ways of handling real estate transaction and also a staunch member of Anti-Colorum Drive against unlicensed and unscroupolous real estate agent/broker who are victimizing clients or customers.
